This Privacy Policy explains how Volt collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use the Volt mobile application ("Volt App"), the Volt Manager venue tool ("Volt Manager"), and our website (together, the "Services"). We are committed to handling your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka (the "PDPA") and other applicable laws.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

Volt is a sports venue booking platform operating in Sri Lanka, connecting players with venues and providing venue owners with management tools. For the purposes of the PDPA, Volt is the "data controller" of the personal data described in this Policy.

Venue booking records belong to the venue and are retained while the venue uses Volt Manager; venues may request an export of their data at any time.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information and to notify you and the relevant authority of any data breach as required under the PDPA.
